Our Story
A Room With A Memory
Star 67 was built for the people who linger — who came for a drink and stayed for the music, who came for the music and stayed for the conversation.

Chapter One
From a corner room to a city ritual
We took over a turn-of-the-century downtown room — pressed tin ceilings, exposed brick, original brass fixtures — and lit it like an old supper club. The bones were already perfect. We added the music, the smoke, and the pours.
Star 67 isn't a concept. It's a place built the way places used to be built: slow, warm, and full of conversation. We named it after the way you used to dial a number to keep yours private — because some nights belong to the room, not the rest of the world.
What We're Built On
Three things we take seriously
Wood, fire, time
Every plate from our smokehouse starts with hardwood and patience. Hickory, applewood, oak — chosen by cut, never rushed.
Hand-built drinks
A bar built on classics. We stir before we shake, we use real citrus, and we keep our ice clear. The rest is hospitality.
Music that earns the room
Vinyl evenings, resident jazz, soul vocalists. Always live, always tuned to the hour of the night.
Chapter Two
A kitchen that treats fire like an instrument
Our pitmaster's been smoking meat for two decades. Our bar lead trained in three cities and drinks at none of them. Our resident trio plays five nights a week and still rehearses on the sixth.
The work is in the details — the temperature of a coupe, the angle of a peel, the way a brisket rests. We obsess so the night doesn't have to.
